K&B Landscaping Supply (Just outside of the Villages at 462/RR tracks & 301). BUYER BEWARE. I purchased 2 juniper plants at this business ($175/plant) on July 2nd. Within a month, both were half dead. I was told I hadn't watered them everyday after planting them in pots. This important information would have been helpful at the time of purchase. The K&B manager told me that they don't provide watering instructions fearing "offending" their customers. Apparently, K&B offers no warranty on their plants. In my follow-up call to K&B, I was told repeatedly that the lack of water was my fault and that they would not replace the plants. Their claim of excellent products and experienced staff was not apparent in my transaction. In an offer to solve this issue, K&B offered to sell me new plants at $100/each, which would mean that I would have spent $275/per plant. This offer, in the wake of my first transaction, benefited only K&B and I declined.
