This is the worst company to deal with (as if there are any)!We rec'vd notice that our promo rate expired Aug so I call in days of receiving notice, asked for the "retention" depart as was told to, every rep said "no such department".Never got the service down to a reasonable cost,decided to change. I hit the "disconnect service" opt (didn't do prior cuz was afraid they would cut off immediately) and they said WE ARE THE RETENTION DEPARTMENT,wanted names of every rep who had told me there was no such depart. Called Sept 21 to cancel, was told to "just drop the equipment off at a Spectrum. Cycle was to start the 23 so I figured I was ok. WRONG! I didn't say the magic words DISCONNECT MY SERVICE. We turned the equip in on the 25th (figuring we were okay because I had made the call the 21) but they still billed us for an entire month thru Oct 23rd. THESE PEOPLE LIKE WORD GAMES. "DISCONNECT/RETENTION" DEPARTMENT DIDN'T ENTER THAT INFO IN THE SYSTEM. NOW WE ARE OUT ANOTHER $223
