I live on one of the golf courses in the Villages. Most courses have different colour-coded sets of tee markers, which allow them to be played from a variety of difference distances, often to suit players of different abilities.
I also notice that sometimes they are
Moved from the front of the tees to the back of the tees. I am assuming this is done to give certain areas a “rest,” in order to allow the grass to recover.
I noticed that one of the tees had no markers on it. Once again I am assuming it’s to give that tee area a rest so the grass can recover.
The question I have is, if there are no markers on the tee, should you still be teeing off from that area? I have seen several People doing so and I was just wondering what the golf etiquette was regarding this?

My wife and I like to walk and we just bought a home on one of the smaller courses in the villages. The golf cart paths seem very inviting but when I asked one of my neighbors if we could walk the cart paths on The golf courses he said it wasn’t permitted. I also got the same response from a Google search. This past week I’ve noticed a person speed walking every evening around 6:00pm. So what is the correct answer?
