I'm sure you will just love your villa!!!! In your circumstances, it sounds like the best decision for sure. We just loved the idea of being so close to LSL and then, of course, the villa would be ideal for our two dogs. Then, for us, it became a back-and-forth over location and enclosed yard versus size. Oh well, we don't have to build until November 2011. I will have to say we got a terrific lot in Buttonwood. Backs to a villa wall, is over sized and the house would sit at an angle so that we won't have our neighbors' houses towering over us. We'll see-some tough decisions ahead!!!

Congrats on your choice, we visited Buttonwood and had we not bought at Edgewater
we would have purchased there..My wife liked a Holly on Fringe tree and one on Jarvis.. We are not ready to be full time, so we think the villa fits best ...The 2car garage was
the deciding factor for us,a three car would be almost heaven..Like you said, never say never...

HI Maryland girl hope you find the home you want...We have been looking for a couple of
yrs and we will be part time so a villa is a good fit for us..We do not think we will rent out our home. Do you think that many of the buyers in the Edgewater Bungalows have
plans to rent out their villa's?? We really love the location...

My husband and I are thinking of purchasing a CYV on a corner lot in Edgewater Bungalows. Our sales rep told us that of the 10 feet between us and the next house, we own 5 feet and the house next to us owns 5 feet. (The side of his house forms part of the 'fencing' between our two villas.) Our rep said the tenants in the villa next to ours owns the 5 feet but only we have use of it. If for any reason the owners in the house next to us want to do maintance on the wall of their villa, they have to ask our permission to access the 5 feet of the land they own. We have never heard of this before and it seems awfully strange. Can anyone offer any insight to this situation?
