Hi Marsha,
The house is an Iris in St. James and it is beautiful. I found it talking to someone on
TOTV.
We turned this one over to the land owners or Buckingham Springs.
They are suppose to take pictures tomorrow for the computer showing of their homes
This is the first time Bob & I are at odds. I wanted to really get this house and they
can only wait till July 1 for the full payment. Bob will not bridge loan as he is to
afraid this will not sell so he would give up that home for being stupid.
Not sure of our outcome if I don't get it. It has more to offer than a new Iris.
They are moving to a brand new Iris because they want to be on the golf course.
Building the same model again. As she said this one has a coat closet & extra
room in the laundry area that her new one no longer has.
I just can't believe Bob would sit back and forfeit this house.
I have to admit I wish I could figure a way.

Hi Marsha & Marshall,
Have you moved yet? We have ours up for sale. I found a resale that I want so bad
but they need full payment by July 1 to build a new one. It is everything I could want,
but I bet the timing will not work. Waiting has never been one of my best features.
Getting rid of this is a chore. I hope things go fast and not in months.
Want to be there so much.

You lucky dogs. Happy for you. but you will beat us to TV. Had some Realtor problems
so the house goes up on June 4th with someone else. Have some interested people
already so maybe things will work for us. Are you still interested in dinner with the
other couple about mid June? Stay cool and don't overwork cleaning up.

Our agent at TV says homes have gone up & will the 1st of each month putting our
Gardenia & Iris out of our price range. Wants us to think about a Whispering Pine.
Kind of upset about this.

I'm aware of an over 55 there that we looked at prior to deciding we'd move to TV. I wanted to say hello and I hope you don't mind me contacting you. I saw that you live close to Richboro. My husband and I lived in Richboro for 23 years and we now live in an over 55 community in Warrington. We are very, very close to retiring and we're ready to build a home in The Villages. I'm hopeful that the real estate market has picked up and that we'll be able to sell our current house. I was wondering where you live in Montgomery County.

I'm sure you must be very excited about your upcoming move. Was your design meeting as easy a process as I've heard?

Hi Marsha,
I just now got your msg. I was looking for it under mar/bob but took a chance to look
at your forum. I saw where you got us mixed with mr&vaf. I had talked to them a while
back. Waiting for the other couple to get done teaching to get together for dinner.
Will keep you informed. Looks like you will get to tv a little ahead of us.
Putting this house up in the summer as soon as we straighten things up.
If it sells fast good for us, just can't tell. Do want to be settled in tv for Oct or sooner.
