Frustrated! Carpet under front bay window wet after rain!

Home warranty: referred an "inspector" who saw no moisture with a meter. Digging outside around the window, found no leaks. Said "maybe" some roots are growing under foundation and possibly slab is cracked.

One Restoration saw 4 hairline cracks on outside window sill. Caulked cracks 4 separate days. Another rain and carpet inside is still wet.

Homeowners insurance, referred to a referral group called Castle Care, who wanted to come clean up water. No advice on how to get the problem fixed.

Home warranty: no more advice.

There's wet carpet along the baseboard of this room under the window. Carpet is glued down so not pulled up. No gutters yet, but roof line above window is angled so water runs off to sides of house.

Referrals? Phone numbers? A contractor? No plumbing near the problem. A sprinkler is near but inside carpet gets wet after a hard blowing rain.
