So glad we'll be leaving after next year and won't have to worry about someone again pulling the wool over our eyes. Like when the sales office tells you it'll be a 10 minute ride to Brownwood via golf cart when you live near the entrance of Fenney. Or having them suggest that it'll be a year or less when Florida Grown will be up and running. Bet you didn't notice that there has been no mention of this since the initial hoopla was released in the papers. Also when a neighbor abandons their property and it remains an overgrown mess for years when you're promised that things are maintained to community standards. Bullpucky!!
