Can someone please explain to me why when a sign is posted reading a non smoking campus people are allowed to smoke. When at Cornerstone Hospice today, after loosing a loved one our family which was seated outside, had to move to another location because a person wanted to smoke and we were seated near an ashtray that was provided at this smoke free campus!
