Does anyone have any thoughts (positive and negative) on providing a golf cart when renting your home? Short-term rentals.

Not quite sure how to use this website yet but here goes. Does anyone know of a nice horse boarding facility close to the Villages? My husband and I intend to move to Villages next year in May. I have a 7 year old quarter horse mare and I am looking for a nice boarding facility for her. We were going to keep her at the Florida Carriage House & Museum but their board went up recently to $1000 a month so if we moved her there it would just be for the first summer, until I found someplace a bit more moderately priced. I would like to keep the price no higher than around $400, (give or take) I like to show a little and would like to start doing trail riding more, so I would like a barn that has enough boarders that I could find some buddies to ride with.
