Just saw that beautiful new kitty cat. I wish I was there to see him in person.
I have not stopped the crying over Snickers passing. Just can't seem to adjust.
I thought trying to sell and move would help, but not working.

I know what you mean about packing. I'm closing in on being done but it's going to be down to the wire. I brought way too much stuff with me when I left NY and I have purged quite a bit but sentimentality gets in the way with some of it. I've heard the "3 times" move about TV and NOT GONNA HAPPEN. LOL. At least I certainly hope not.

Saw your msg on TV and that you are going to TV next month. Wish I was also.
These increases are not doing us any good as it does not go up here in PA.
We will be in TV in Aug to buy something if all goes as planned here.
I sure will be upset if this does not sell.

Hi Laura,
Have you noticed the increases at TV? We no longer can buy the Gardenia or the Iris.
I think they went to high and my salesman said going again mid summer.
I wish I could find an Iris resale.
How long till you can move to TV?
Our home is only worth $150,000 so we are not rich enough for $250,000.
I have become a little depressed with this.

Hi Laura,
Have not seen you post recently on totv.
I talked to my salesman because I could not view the homes. He said they can't get
them on fast enough. Selling like is 2006 all over again. 233 new homes last month and
187 preowned. The preown average in 2012 was only 60 a month.
I wonder what will be available for us when we are ready as there is no pickup in our
retirement community in Pa. Some our listed as low as 83,000.
When are you going to TV? This was a very cold winter and still is.

Sorry I haven't been on TOTV for about 5 days, so I just saw your visitor message today. I was at my Dad's house for one week for Christmas, and he doesn't have internet .

I did enjoy seeing the grand opening of Brownwood. Now that City Fire is open (I believe it opened last week) it will be nice to have an actual restaurant at Brownwood

If you go on The Villages - Florida's Friendliest Retirement Hometown - New Home Sales, Home Resales, Build Your Dream Home, Brownwood Paddock Square, click on Homes, Search New Homes, click on Village (left side of the page), scroll down until you see Village of Charlotte, check the box next to the Village of Charlotte. There are 50 homes for sale in the Village of Charlotte.

Hope your house sells and you can become a frog in Oct. 2013. My froghood is still a ways off unless I win the lottery! Happy New Year.
