Sand on green was excessive.

Thank you for some useful information to help with this confusing "trend" on my block. Seems I will be one of only a few "fools" not getting a new roof because I know of no really big storm and I never have called my insurance company. Thought it was really strange and suspicious to have not 1, 2, or 3 people come to MY HOME, but FOUR to tell me about this big storm.... nothing was adding up, yet, seems (since our roofs are all about same age), I will soon be paying out 11K while my neighbors are paying $500. Guess whose insurance went up, all my neighbors with new roofs (?) and all with various companies (All State, AAA, USAA, State Farm, etc. etc...... NO, MY rates went up, company could not say why, never made a claim ???
