Hi, baking or buying bread is not recommended because of the quality of the water. I had friends that where looking into a sub sandwich business. They have a successful business in MA. They decided not to, even though they can purchase all the same ingredients, cold cuts etc, because of the water. Sorry

Hi Stu:I was gathering information about moving to The Villages and saw your comments about renting a few months before purchasing. My husband andI have been to The Villages a number of times and are now selling our home in MA. We'll be closing the middle of April 2021 and are going to rent for three ? Wmonths near Brownwood hopefully. What made you select the village you chose? What style home did you end up with? We have a 8yr. old Golden Retrieverwho will also make the move with us. Did you decide on an established older neighborhood or go with the Fenney new areas? We'll have much to see in those three months but would love to make a connection with you and your wife when we get there. Thanks for any input you can offer. So appreciate!

Where did you see the Painted Bunting bird? What village do you live in? I'd love to see one again.

    Hi!

My wife Jeannie and I are coming to TV for a visit on October 13th. We were wondering if it would be possible to meet with you and talk about your first months there and any other incite you may have about TV. We will be there until the 20th. Could be coffee or cocktails or whatever you are comfortable with.

    Thanks,

    Bob and Jeannie Fisher

Learning that we are in the lightning capital of the US. Considering some sort of whole house surge protector and from lightning strikes. .
Seco Energy has what they call a surge mitigator at a rather expensive cost but it only protects against surges and no help to electronics or apparently from lightning.
Have now heard of whole house surge protectors but having a problem finding out info.
Any suggestions on how to protect our entire home from surge protectors and lightning strikes?
Thanks so much for your help.

Last weekend went to Fruitland Park and passed a restaurant called New York Deli. As a former NYer one of the things we miss. We had just had breakfast and way to early for lunch so passed it by.
Any comments on it either pro or con?
    Thanks

We like to bake bread and having a problem finding yeast. Usually purchase in package of 2 one pound bricks at Sams and for past month nothing on the shelf.
Also looking to buy whole wheat flour and not seeing that either at other stores.
    Any suggestions?
