I don't believe a walk through is necessary! I can see it is very nice. My bigger concern is the monthly payment! Is there any room to move at all? Thank you, Tom

My wife is michigansunseekr, and I believe she said you saw our pictures and liked the look of our villa. She didn't realize you might be open to a year lease. Our home doesn't come with a golf cart. But I've seen them available for $200-250 a month. Would you like to stop by and take a walk through?
