Thank you Phillips-Buick in Fruitland Park, Fl. We purchased our 2016 GMC Acadia from there and purchased the extended warranty for tires and rims. On Thursday we got a huge screw stuck in the tire. We discovered the flat tire on Friday, so we filled it ourselves since we had an air compressor. We were sure it would hold. Unfortunately, the screw came out by the time we arrived. We forgot the paperwork for the extended warranty so fortunately our sales person, Steve Songer was a big help and they found our records. After all of us talked to the policy holder ultimately they denied us. After we were told we were denied, we said go ahead and replace the tire and we would have to take up the fight later with the insurance company. The Service manager felt so bad for us that he got authorization and they ate the cost. We told them we would be back as customers and that we would highly recommend them. We are grateful to Phillips for their above and beyond customer service.
