Ravens fan here, congrats to New England on their win. I always liked Belichick, like his style and grit. Most non Patriot fans don't know all the good things he does outside of football. He comes across gruff and stoic but I think he is a football genius and classy guy.

Looks like they have the Jekyll and Hyde syndrome again.

But, as bad as they have looked, they are only one of three teams that have won five games at this point. I think that we need to watch out for Baltimore. They are much better then their record shows.

Does anyone know where I can find detailed passing stats? I'd particularly like to find completion percentages when the ball travels different yardages. In other words, what is the completion percentage for balls that travel 20 yards of 30 yards or 40 yards?

I'd like to see these stats for individual quarterbacks as well as overall.

Doc - look at Grantland.com. The May have what you are looking for.

Go Pats.

The genius of Bill Belichick

The genius of Bill Belichick is that he looks at an opponents strengths and weaknesses. Last week he saw a team with a weak run defense and a strong pass defense so he ran Jonas Gray. The offensive line was able to open up huge holes that allowed him to run for over 200 yards. This week the Lions' had a good rush defense so he put in place a passing attack. The genius of Belichick is that he has no system. It's a different system every week.

He also showed Jonas Gray that he's not interested in what he did last week. He overslept and missed practice on Friday so he didn't play today. It's a team sport. Of course getting LeGarrette Blount back helped.

Looks like the Ravens will becoming to Foxborough next Saturday.Anyone want to watch it at Gator's Dockside, Spanish Springs?

Will they be running that game at Gators on that saturday?

Does anyone know how many points Patriots are favored? Ill be rooting for the Ravens but I do like New England as a team. Any chance to talk Brady into retiring by Friday? If N.E wins Ill be cheering for them on a Super Bowl run.

According to Las Vegas Scores & Odds website the Pats are favored by 7.5 TODAY. Of course depending on how the money lays that could change.

I think we plan to be there if they are showing the game as if it were a sunday game.:pepper2:

I have rehearsal, but I'm not going to stay past 12:30.

The patriots/ravens game in foxborough is around 4:25 or so on saturday.

Dr Winston O Boogie jr 01-11-2015 08:05 AM

That was maybe the best NFL game I've ever watched. I'm thrilled that the Pats won, but it really could have gone either way.

DonH57 01-11-2015 10:44 AM

It was indeed a very close game. It's always great to watch those with other people and the noise.
