A University of California Berkeley study, released in February 2020, questioned more than 1,000 people who self-identified as Native American.

The results showed that 49% of respondents agreed or strongly agreed that the name was offensive. That number jumped to 67% for those "frequently engaged in tribal cultural practices."

some 'looney tune' with nothing else to do will eventually come forward stating that there is evidence that there were patriots that owned slaves and were harsh on their indentured servants...and the poor cupcake finds the word Patriots offensive.
Kraft won't fold like a deck of cards, but once he sees the increased apparel sales that "the team formerly known as the Redskins" are ringing up for gear with their new logo on it, he'll see the wisdom of appeasing the 'woke fans'

then the 49'er's will have to change their team name....hello they rode into land specifically designated as belonging to the Native Americans, killed many of them and stole all the gold that they could find

Cleveland Browns....now that's a team name that's certainly living on the edge

Tampa Bay Buccaneers ...well we all know that pirates enslaved people....that one's gonna end up in the trash heap

then there's the Kansas City Chiefs ...they can't hide much longer, might just as well start rebranding now

The owners will be pleased...look at all the new apparel they'll sell with the new team logo on them

I suggest they change to The Washington Generals. This was the name of the house team that played against the Harlem Globetrotters. The Generals never won a game. It fits.

The name Washington will have to be removed as well as soon as they realize G. Washington was a slave owner! Gonna be a goner! I suggest all names should be changed to numbers,,,!!! Identify with the date they came into being or built.!! Buildings/house be numbers..... Streets letters!!!
