Thanks..

My friend owns a 2014 built Cabot Cove Villa and they are able to get 2 golf carts + their mid-sized car in their garage.

I have a two car garage, that was stretched 3 feet.

My garage is VERY organized, I have the wall storage system, storage racks for golf clubs

I can not fit 2 golf carts and a car in my garage.

We live in a Foxglove/Charlotte built in 2006. We can fit a car around the size of a Honda Fit and 2 Yamaha 2 seater golf carts in the garage. I will say that it is amusing to watch us get the car in, but it can be done.

I own a patio villa and it really only fits a car and a cart. Now depending on the size of the car you might squeeze another cart if the car is small. Had a regular length Chevy Tahoe in and it was very tight with 1 cart, had to go at a slight angle with the tahoe.

That is the simplest way instead of having everyone guess.

most golf carts are 8' long and a typical small garage is atleast 18'. May be crowded but should fit.

Not ver likely. One is tough enough.

You thought wrong …..

Yes, you can park your car on your driveway…….

I have 2 carts, a Yamaha 2 seater and a Ezgo with Slimline cab. Both fit in my Anna Maria courtyard garage alongside my Chevy Equinox. I have to pull the car out first unless I really park it tight to one side. Our washer/dryer, storage cabinets, and assorted tools are also in the garage.

In the patio villas above 44 only one will fit due to location hot water heater and ac/heating system location

Everyone seems to complicate the simplest question on here.

The simple answer to your question, is "no".

You cannot reasonably get a car & 2 golf carts into a 1.5 car garage.

Could you get a tiny little "Smart Cart" & 2 Evolution golf carts into that garage? Maybe, but you wouldn't be able open the car doors, walk around and get into anything, so it's not very practical.

it's tough enough to do that, with a 2 car garage.

Completely disagree. We have a CYV with “car plus golf cart” garage. Our mechanicals are in the back right corner (as you enter garage) with washer/dryer on the front right wall and door to the house between the two on the right. We have built in storage across the back is the garage. We park our car on the left, and golf cart on the right. When we have guests and two carts (we rent one), the carts both fit on the right side. You just have to let passengers out first and doing laundry is tricky! Also, we can’t back the car out with both carts there as we have a curved drive. With a straight drive, it wouldn’t be an issue. And we have a full size car. And two 2 seater carts. Longer ones wouldn’t fit.

However - if your mechanicals and/ or laundry is in a different location, it might not work. As many have said; a lot spends on your soecific garage but it works for us when we need it to.

In our previous home, a Courtyard Villa, we tightly fit a Ford Fusion and 1 golf cart (4 seater, rear facing back seat). W/H and two small (shallow) storage cabinets were also in the garage. W&D and sink were inside house (laundry room).

We have a 1 1/2 garage and our house is an Austin ( Ranch ) We parked our small SUV and 2 golf carts in it.. Yes, it was a tight fit but it’s doable…

I think generally if they don't fit, then park the carts & any bikes, or anything else easily stolen in the garage, & park your locked car in the driveway.

Definitely lock your car if you do this, with nothing in sight inside the vehicle to entice crooks.

However the sun is very harsh on paint, tires, batteries & headlights so this would be a last resort.

I have a long Cadillac CT6, pretty wide too now that I think about it. My wife would rather have her own Cart than the CT6..Maybe a smaller car is in our future.. Thank you for the information....
