Agree ... Steve did a great job for my neighbor and I ... ie he did both houses same time. Excellent work and excellent company.

Last year they approved that we can keep the original color or change the color to one of 20 approved Sherwin Williams colors for our masonry CYV's. Our homes are now six years old and some are coming due for a paint job. Out of the 80 units in our community, 14 have repainted, 2 kept the original color and 12 have changed color. Of that 11 have hired Omar Painting to paint the outside of their home, apparently he was hired first and most people used him again. A neighbor in 3 BR unit paid Omar $1600 for the work. I was wondering if any of the Steve Kling customers have a CYV and if you have an estimate for a new exterior paint job?

Steve Kling is the best: efficient, competitive, excellent quality and a nice guy. We just had our house painted and could not be more pleased. Steve will be doing the inside soon.

Just had Steven and his crew paint our house. Like everyone else mentioned, they are great. His workers are all courteous and hard working They sealed, primed and painted my house all in one day. Then a few days later the Sherman Williams rep came and explained the warranty and inspected the house. All in all would highly recommend

Steve Kling just finished painting the entire exterior of our home after having painted some of the interior last month.

Quality Sherwin Williams materials were used - guess anyone can do that. What distinguishes Steve Kling Painting are the professional and personable crews which do the actual painting. They are among the hardest workers who pay attention to every detail.

Normally, I do not recommend companies but Steve Kling is the exception.

His crew just finished my cabinets and I am thrilled I would recommend him to anyone. He is however gonna stop doing kitchen cabinets which is to bad his mens work is the best.

Steve Kling just painted our house his painters did a wonderful job, very neat and accommodating. The service crew that came after were very professional and added the final touches. Steve did an excellent job picking colors. I usually like to pick my own colors but I liked his ideas and he sounded trustworthy so I went with it and was glad I did. The colors look wonderful especially with the color his picked for the front door. I highly recommend him.

Exterior Painting
 

QUALITY, QUALITY, QUALITY Steve Kling is. I have several reasons for saying this words. No. 1 is; I had my home painted 3 years ago by another contractor who did a good job, but skip town and when I had to have some paint work redone because the exterior paint did not holdup I could not find him. I contacted Steve because he done painting previously for us he was very understanding about our predicament and work with us and the paint company that was acceptable to my wife and I price wise. My second reason I say Quality is after the painting and after Steve and Robert from Sherwin Williams came out for the inspection they left us with folder on how to care for the exterior, the name and codes of the paint, and other important information. My third reason for saying Quality is his men who came to paint the the house. It took them approximately 2 days to paint the entire 3200 square feet house, compared to 5 days by the other painter. Lastly I say Quality, because of Michele, she was very thoughtful, and suggested to me in the beginning when we were having problems matching the exterior paint that the the gallons of paint that were given to me by the paint company I should first paint some of the area we were trying to match. Bingo, no match. Consequently, we decided to repaint the whole home. We are very glad we did. In the end we could see the difference between our contractor and the Quality work the Steve and Michele and there painters do for their customers. We are very happy.

We just had our home painted by Steve Kling.
His crew was great, neat and fast. Sherwin Williams sent Bob over to inspect. He found some items to be addressed.
A half hour later one of Steve's crew was here to touchup.
I would definitley recommend them.
