Caution! Despite spending a few hours during two visits going over the type/color pavers we wanted, Paradise installed pavers that don't even remotely resemble what we ordered off their brochure and or sample board.

Paradise Pavers & Coping LLC (Neil Steinmetz, Owner) just last week finished our driveway with thick (60mm) pavers. Additionally, they built a hardscape wall in front of the front door/walkway are to create a courtyard for us. They did a great job, couldn't believe how quick they completed the project. They also did some work in the beds around the house for me. I would use them again.

Make sure the work you want done is defined in very succinct terms including itemized pricing for materials, Labor, and Installation processes and more importantly what will be warrantied. Do your homework on the Internet on how to "install" whatever paver type your looking for Paradise to use.

Search for Tim Connell or Paradise Pavers or Historic Pavers in this forum for some history of past complaints. I think Tim is still out there doing driveway paving business because his last arrest (of several) was two months ago (2/8/14) in Lake County for Grand Theft. I think he made bail on that and is working again.
There must be two by this name. I feel sorry for the innocent one.

Super satisfied with the spectacular job that Paradise Pavers did with our driveway and walking path to the fire pit in the back yard! Outstanding customer service per Neil and Heather (owners), and the team that performed the work utilized their time very efficiently, were pleasant, hard working, and cleaned up everything in full order! I highly recommend them. Feel free to drive by and see my driveway anytime...3234 Spanish Moss Way, Village of Fenney. You won't be disappointed.
