We live in a cul de sac where lots of people walk their dogs. So yesterday I put my garbage out, came back inside but watched to see if the birds would again try to rip the bag apart before our guys came to pick it up. As I watched, one of my fine neighbors walked his beagle in front of our house, the dog stopped and dropped his business on our lawn and the fellow picked it up with his Publix bag. He immediately walked across to the center of the cul de sac and threw the dog crap into the grass and bushes in the center! He kept the bag in his hand. I think that is just disgusting! Basically, he took his pup for a walk and threw his dogs poop onto Villages owned property that our amenity fees pay to take care of. Disgusting!
