I used him in the past and he charged us several hundred dollars to attempt to fix a sewer drain pipe in our yard. We continued to have the problem but he wanted to charge more to investigate. We went with someone else that dug the same area and found by using a line camera exactly what the problem was. The correct repair cost us half what Robert Iserwood charged us. I would never recommend him.
Hmmmm, lots of negative stuff. We hired him twice and both times the job got done without a problem???? He is a Villager and not a big company, but from what I have experienced I would hire him again.
my water shut off valve to my home won’t completely shut off the system. I’m not sure if it just needs a new washer or a new valve. Is this something you can handle? What would be the approximate cost?
Shady work practices. I had a garbage disposal put in by Isherwood Plumbing about 6 months ago. Within the past 3 weeks I had my kitchen countertops and sink removed and replaced with new tops and sink. I noticed that my disposal had a manufactures date of 2013 stamped on it - 7 years old. When I contacted Isherwood Plumbing and presented my issues with him, he got a touch defensive and said that I was questioning his integrity and that he only stocks disposals that are upwards of 6 months old. That’s not 100% correct because mine was 7 years old. He then contacted me and asked what I wanted to do about the situation. I suggested that he replace the disposal with a new disposal or provide a $100 refund from his exactly $400 bill. I’ve tried contacting him not once or twice, but three times and he has not returned my messages.
By his own definition of what has happened it appears that there is an integrity issue.
