What's your favorite song with a state or city name in the title?
Of all the great songs that have either a state or city name in the title I think that Johnny Mercier's "Georgia" is my favorite. No matter who sings it, I love listening to it.
Second on my list would be "San Francisco Bay Blues"...the original folk version, not Eric Clapton's. My wife's favorite is "Sorrento" |

I'm a Cranky Old Yank In a Clanky Old Tank in the Streets of Yokohama With My Honolulu Mama Doin' Those Neat-O Beat-O Flat on My Seat-O Hirohito Blues by Hoagie Carmichael (1945). Mentions both Yokohama and Honolulu. Also the song with the longest title in the world.
