Painting home?
Can anyone recommend someone who paints stucco homes and where do u go to get approval to change color of home? And where are color choices we choose from??

You can drive around TV and look at colors of homes in the newer sections and if you find colors you like, write down the addresses. Then contact Customer Service and they can give you the names of the paints. You used to be able to go to the Customer Service office and find the info in a book but I'm not sure how that works during the pandemic.
Steve Kling repainted our house and did a terrific job, but you will get responses for other good contractors too. |

Oscar's did a fabulous job. Painted our stucco home in one day. They did power wash a few days earlier before paining. I highly recommend them.

Definitely go to the ARC but only if changing colors. |
