As a fellow Taurus, whatever you do, don't mail your Rolex thru usps to a repair shop, you will never see it again.

When my Rolex needs repair I just order Jeeves to get the Bentley and hand-deliver it.

When my wife's Rolex goes wrong, we throw it in the refuse bin, and go buy another at Marion Market

I would not let any one touch my Rolex except Rolex. When you send it to Rolex, there is a record of the repair inside the watch that tells you when it was serviced. Send it registered mail to the authorized Rolex repair. Don't fool around with these local repair outfits. A local jewelry store ruined one of my watches. I have an Omega that is 60 years old and I send it to Omega every few years for cleaning. It works perfectly. Only my humble opinion.
