I bought a spare. It didn't cost much. Here's one place ALLSTAR Garage Door Openers 110838 Wall Console-110838

They run about $20 to $23.

The Allstar units are very difficult to find. The link you provided says they are out of stock. But you can buy a compatible Linear unit from Amazon. Linear now owns Allstar MVP.

I will need to check the spare parts box, I may have one, let me know if no one else gets back to you.

Call Scott at Scotts Garage Doors - he may be able to help. I thought mine was shot, and he got it working. If you want to replace, he has some pretty good deals on replacing with higher end openers.

Mine is slowly failing, meaning the buttons don't activate the unit reliably. Been pushing on the edge helps some. So today I decided to try fixing it. This is a dangerous thing for me to do.
Unplugged the unit from the ceiling. Two screws held it into the garage wall. Then a white and a blue thin wire connected it to the wiring. After disconnecting those two wires, and writing down which one went where.. the unit was free.

Next there were eight small screws holding the circuit board in the casing, as well as the two screws that had held the power wires.

After removing the 10 screws the board came free and now I could remove the board and get to the front of the unit. The rubbery cover that has the buttons pulled off easily. There are tiny posts that fit into little holes in the board so it will go back exactly right later.

I found that the circuit board where the up and down buttons pushed had a black rubbery residue where the push button pads made contact. So I very gently wiped that residue off carefully not scratching the board. Got about 70% off with just a paper towel and quit as I didn't want to damage the circuit board. No chemical cleaner, just a touch of water on a paper towel.

Replace parts in reverse order. Attach the two power wires, screw back into the wall and put the plug back in the outlet. And so far, it is working nicely. YMMV

Obviously this is not a permanent solution.

Thanks for the info. There is a replacement on Amazon for 20.00 just in case yours fails completely.

Here is a link for Linear wall control unit that I think is compatible with the Allstar mvp unit. Linear owns the Allstar company. The original Allstar wall control unit is discontinued, and it will be extremely difficult to find online.

Amazon.com

Allstar MVP Garage Door Opener Wall Console 110838

You are correct, but it is out of stock, like almost every other website that displays it.

Good luck trying to find one that is in stock.
