Noise and smell of neighbors dryer.

Need help so I can sit in my own yard. I live in a patio villa. I cannot enjoy the little piece of property I own because neighbors dryer goes constantly. The noise is bad enough but the smell of the dryer sheets are killing my sinuses. Any advice??? :mad

Have you tried talking to your neighbor and perhaps working out a schedule so you have some outside time. If that does not work some of the big box stores have high volume fans that you might be able to direct the stream from the dryer vent away from where you are sitting. These might be noisy, so see if you can test one in the store before you buy.

Have you notice any member of the family missing
in the last couple of weeks?

You could always talk to your neighbor as VT suggests.
I’m doing laundry now dryer on went outside can’t smell my Bounce Dryer Sheets.
But I did smell a gas golf cart driving by.

The only solution is a social one.

Did you understand what is frequently labeled as kissing lanai when you purchased ? Thankfully it is not cigar smoke.

The OP lives in a patio villa that does not have a kissing lanai. His or her patio faces the wall of the unit next door that has no windows.

The same amount a person living in a Designer or Premiere home does.

Then sound from Coleman prison the gravel pit and the smell of diesel fumes from the turnpike will be a change.

Good luck with that... nope.

The smell of probably an AbnB if it goes off that often. Any chance it is an ABnB since there is a rental thread today as well might as well throw that lovely $$ making opportunity into the mix, lol.

ABnB's require constant laundry and cleaning crews in and out every couple of days and thus... a constant dryer smell. Unless a bed wetter or a germ-a-phobe lives next to you.

Maybe supply them with laundry supplies that are scent appealing.

ABnB maybe?? If so, a LOT!

Cleaning crews every couple of days.

Renters who "treat it like... it's rented." - wash and dry one sock!
