Buying a Used golf cart from Grandpa & Grandma's Village Buggies LLC

Has anyone purchased a used golf cart from Grandpa & Grandma's Village Buggies LLC. I've rented from them and was quite satisfied, but buying a used cart????

Thanks.

Bought a remanufactured Club Car from them about a year and a half ago. Completely satisfied with it. Would do it again. Scott builds a good cart.

Yes I bought a 2005 remanufactured Club Car several years back and referred about four of my friends who also purchased one. In addition his service is excellent.

Two thumb up for grandma

We just bought our second cart from them and it was delivered two days ago. Very satisfied with it. They give great customer service. I would highly recommend them!

Highly recommend G&G Buggies. Bought remanufactured Yamaha from Scott --- had a minor problem and Scott worked tirelessly to take care of it. His response to service and maintenance calls is immediate. He also rented a cart for our visitors at a great rate and delivered it early.

We would use them over and over again. We have had our cart for three years. I would recommend anytime

Based on the above poster's initial satisfaction, I've rented on 4 different occasions, and currently have reservations for 2 more as we speak. Scott ALWAYS does what he says he will, and the service is great!!

Not happy

They do have a good reputation, but when I ask them what speed they set the cart, they said "as fast as you want it to go"! Every other dealer told me it was against the law to set it higher than 19.9 mph. Not sure it is a law, but could be a liability issue for them down the road. They just add to the unsafe golf cart speed in TV.:rant-rave:

Agree with what everyone said above. Great people, great company, great service!!!

you know how fast you are going in their carts, you control how fast you want to go.....if you choose to do 23mph then its no different then renting a car that will do over 80, you choose to drive the speed limit that the sign says, or not

as for buying a "used cart" from scott.
our cart had less than 30 hours on the meter,
"used" but not really, just a cheaper price than new.
go for it!!!!!!!!!!!!
