Doozy of a storm....

OK - can we sing the "rain, rain go away" song. This is unreal this afternoon. Everything is drowning and the lanai is drenched. The thunder and lightning is "interesting" as well.

Raining in NY/NJ/PA and Puerto Rico,as per friends and family!

I love thunderstorms. Am I the only one?

I don't mind a thunderstorm but lately there have been an awful lot of them. Just getting tired of them I think. Plus..the rain today was insane.

That is a gorgeous pool/hot tub setup by the way. Love, love, love it!

Had heavy rain overnight into morning with occasional power blips here in Southern MD also. Sunny now.

I find that the Thunderstorms seem much worse now then when I was a child in Philly. Never saw bolts of lightening.

I, too, love this weather. Fill up those retention ponds to the top! Fill up the aquifers and the rivers ................

As for the water bill - mine is way down; but the snowbirds are watering on top of rain, rain, rain.

Thanks to the thunder, lightening and rain, the Ukulele Club decided to keep playing for an extra 30 minutes today at the Lake Miona Rec Center. Great time was had by all, especially MrBluSkies :-)

I went out with my umbrella and did the exact same number that Gene Kelly did in "Singing In The Rain". (And I ruined a good pair of shoes.)
