TOTV Get-together - back by popular demand!
 
Anyone up for a happy hour next Saturday or Sunday Night? DougBee and I would like to get together with some of our TOTV friends. We have met at Tierra Del Sol, Evans Prairie, and Waterfront in the past. We had a really good turnout when we met where a band was playing. I will call around to see who is playing. I know Music Mixx is playing Saturday Night at Hacienda.

The just for singles get togethers are thataway ------->
<----------- the "Let's Not Keep Happy To An Hour" get togethers are this way. All are invited. We especially are looking forward to our snowbird friends who have missed the last three!

Yeah, starting off the New Year right in my opinion. I would prefer Saturday only because I am a huge football fan and both games are on Sunday this weekend. However whatever you decide we will be there for some or all of it. Red, come to whatever please I have missed seeing you. :)

I have two tables reserved for 4:00 PM Saturday at Hacienda Hills Country Club. Band Starts 5:30 ish. It will be chilly that night I wanted to find an inside place. The reservation is under my name.

The tables are 8 people each and Ellen has a reservation for 6 people. That is 22 seats. In the past people comeand go and mingle. If anyone else is willing to make a reservation, that would be great! It looks as though we will have a fantastic turnout! Let me know if you do, they will not take a reservation for over 8 people. I kinda had to beg to get what I got.

In case anyone does make another reservation make sure you say you are with Pams group. When I called they told me they no longer take reservations for Saturday night and I told them one had been made for 4pm and they made mine. It may be that 4pm is early or that Pam was very convincing. :)

We had another great Happy Hour last night at Hacienda CC! Thank you to all who came! ChaX3 recommended the Shepard's Pie for dinner, many of us ordered it...it was very good!!!! I will plan one for February. Don't worry... After Superbowl.

Thanks for organizing this PammyJ. I really enjoyed meeting
new folks and it was nice to see the Hacienda CC.

I want to take this opportunity to thank everyone on TOTV for
all the support they give to new Villagers. All the different threads
were so very helpful while searching for a new home and getting
acclimated.

February 9???? Can't do! There's a "really big shoe" that night. That's the anniversary of The Beatles on the Ed Sullivan Show! I'll be at Lake Miona watching the 50th Anniversary Show. Some great musicians from the Beatlemaniacs club will be performing.

Had a good time last night with Bill, Joe, Diane, Kate, Terri, Maureen, Judy, Don, Ellen, Connie, Chuck, Patrick, Jim, some of the Beatlemaniacs, and Pam.
