what are these flashers that are for sale in sumter landing??? are they for the golf carts?? does anyone know????

There were two answers already given. They are to be worn on yourself while walking or biking so you will be more visible to traffic.

Don't waste your money. I bought six of them, never used 'em and only one still works.
