Restaurants Downtown Disney by La Nouba?
 

Can anyone recommend a good restaurant close to La Nouba? (Cirque du Soleil.)
We are going to the 6:00 show and would like park there and find something close to walk to for dinner before the show. Causal with good food?
We have not been to Downtown Disney so are not familiar with any places.

I had a meeting there last year, saw the same show (which was very good) and we ate at Fulton's Crab House one night and Wolfgang Puck's the other night and both were very good.

I too am a former Michigander, born and raised but have lived in 5 states since then. Now in the Chicago area.

House of Blues..

I would recommend Ragland Road Irish Pub/Restaurant that is about a 5 minute walk east of Cirque, or House of Blues that is directly across the walkway from Cirque.

a surprisingly good place to eat is Splitsville. Yes, it is a bowling center. Food, drink and prices are all good, and it is very close to Cirque. Get to downtown Disney early, parking is harder than normal, a parking garage is being built (just not soon enough).

Another vote for House of Blues. Check out their menu. It has a little bit of everything and is just across from La Nouba.

Yes, get there early! The complex is under construction with many of the parking lots closed. My favorite place there is Earl of Sandwich, but it's on the other side and is more of a quick service restaurant.

Tell me about the Fulton Crab House. What kind of crab did they have there?

I tried to get a reservation at House of Blues but there is nothing available for tomorrow night. Guess I procrastinated too long! :oops:
Any other place we might have better luck on short notice?

Raglan Road and House of Blues! Both have entertainment too!

My family loves Fulton's Crab House.

If you like Cuban food, check out Bongos.. We like it.

Planet Hollywood is my favorite !

Is Planet Hollywood within walking distance to Cirque Du Soleil?

Bongos Cuban Cafe is good. I don't think I have had bad food anywhere In DTD.
