AIR FORCE TEST It is addictive
This will drive you nuts!!
The object of the game is to move the red block around without getting hit by the blue blocks or touching the black walls. :yikes: If you can go longer than 18 seconds you are phenomenal. It's been said that the US Air Force uses this for fighter pilots. They are expected to go for at least 2 minutes. Give it a try but be careful..it is addictive!! http://tinyurl.com/56t9u <-------- Don't know if any of the Air Force BS is true, but the test is fun. |

That is hard. 23 seconds after 3 trys, but I can see where it may take a long time to get good at it.

No, but I was an Air Force pilot, but never saw this test. Of course that was a long long time ago.

Almost up to 18 seconds but that is probably on my 88th try.

Re: AIR FORCE TEST It is addictive
26 seconds my best so far. That's probably with over 100 tries though. This is really addictive.

1969 I was enlisted at Sheppard AFB in Tech School. Before our particular school started, we had duty where we did all types of grunt work around the base --- cheap labor and kept us busy. We were cleaning up around a hangar one day. One of our brighter coworkers jumped into the open cockpit of a trainer and started playing fighter pilot. Evidently the ejection system was still armed and the young man hit the wrong switch. Whoosh, the seat (and airman) went flying straight up through the roof. Some NCO came in screaming, hustled our fannies out of their, and marched us back to our barracks. Rumors flew higher and faster than an F-4D. Of course, no one knew exactly who the guy was -- always in another unit -- but he was dead, had been decapitated, was unharmed but court-martialed, badly maimed in the hospital, etc. etc. etc. Who knows the truth, but it was a good story for the cold Wichita Falls winter. :beer3: |
Re: AIR FORCE TEST It is addictive
I am terrible at this. Countless tries, no more than 15 seconds.
>:( |
Re: AIR FORCE TEST It is addictive
I only got to 13 seconds. Guess I will not be flying fighters.
Does it qualify me to drive a golf cart? |
Re: AIR FORCE TEST It is addictive
I'm up to 20 seconds.
Not getting too much done at work today. :dontknow: |
Re: AIR FORCE TEST It is addictive
Change of game. I have been using the little red clitty in the middle of the key board and could never get past 23 seconds. Now I plug in a mouse and it's a lot better 25 seconds on the first try. When I get home tonight I am going to try a joy stick and see if that works even better.

Re: AIR FORCE TEST It is addictive
I got up to 55 seconds but what I am not telling you is that my computer stalled at about the 13 mark and then came back at 55. Does that count? Probably not.
