Curious: What's the last thing you do each day before going to sleep?

check that doors are locked

I brush my tooth.

Kiss my very understanding wife.

Close my eyes.

I give my husband a good night kiss

Say my prayers.

Now I lay down to sleep, I pray my soul to LORD to keep. If I die before I wake, I pray the LORD my soul to take!

Meditate.

1. Make sure all doors are locked.
2. Tell myself that I did all I could to make my life better.
3. Make a list of what I need to do tomorrow.
4. Empty my mind of concerns, (worries).

Turn off the light next to the bed.

Put the cork in the bottle and lay some newspapers on the park bench.

make sure the garage door is down

Set the TV sleep time for 30 minutes.

Must walk the dog

I can't remember, the last thing I recall, I was thinking-- and then I wake up. There has to be something else because thinking means you're not quite going to sleep yet....?

Rinse my mouth with Act Restoring Flouride rinse.

Thank God for another day that I am alive and healthy to serve Him.

I'm not sure. I passed out.

I write in my Gratitude Journal. And then, if The Sandman doesn't come, I read.

Take my Yorkie,Pepper out, then try to get to the bed before him, but he usually wins that race. Thank God for all my blessings including living here in this beautiful place surrounded by new found friends!

The four of us head to the bedroom. We tuck Cocoa and Mocha into their their comfy beds, hop in our bed, kiss good night, and appreciate the wonderful day that is now coming to an end.

Say a little pray. Thankful for today and hopeful for tomorrow.

Thank God for all HE has given us and let HIM know how grateful I am.

Tuck in my little Yorkie, kiss the husband and say thank you to my God.
