Sprint
Does anyone use Sprint that could answer some questions? Want to get the iPhone 6 and have some questions. Where is Sprint Store? How is coverage (We live in Bonita).. Overall, have you been pleasd with your service? Thanks.

We have Sprint and are counting the days until our contract is up, and will switch in Nov to anyone other than Sprint. No reception in many areas of TV, especially Spanish Springs, and the "unlimited data" is at very very slow speeds.

I have Sprint although we are not full timers yet I have had no problems with service. We live south of 466

I have Sprint on my iPhone 5s. Last November, we rented a villa in either Gilchrist or Sanibel (south of 466a) and I had to call AAA for my van. I lost the connection 8 times trying to get road service! Really frustrating!! I finally got through on my Mom's TracPhone! Our home is in Charlotte (also south of 466a) and the service isn't great there either!
I hope they get this fixed by the time I finally get to move to TV or I will be switching too! I have never heard of Cricket. Is it nationwide? I would need service that I can use in a rural area in Michigan, TV and if I am traveling. ps. I love Bostons! My Dad used to raise them and they put me through college!! Okay, so college was a lot cheaper then. |
Thanks for the info on Cricket. We are strongly considering them as our Sprint replacement. I've already been to the Cricket store in Leesburg, and was assured they now use the AT&T network since they are owned by AT&T. However, they gave me bad info at the store about not being able to use our existing iPhone 5. We can use them, just need to buy a new SIM card ($10) online and plug it in. You can use the Cricket website to see if your current phone is compatible with their network.

Cricketwireless.com Our little Boston is 10 years old. She's 15 lb. Got her from a breeder in FL. She was the runt in the litter, but breeder said she was a spunky little thing and never missed a meal. |
Verizon has the most towers across the U.S.A and I never had a problem with them. I had Sprint in CT and use to get dropped calls as their towers were along the shoreline, Several miles inland and you got no signal strength. I couldn't even make a call from my home.
Sprint is only good, if a tower is nearby. Never again!!!! |
Although Sprint in South Florida was excellent, I have found it horrible up here.
Constant dropped calls and lack of service. Sprint claims the are putting up more towers but I have been hearing that for over 6 months now. So, basically it will be bye bye Sprint. |
Now I see this! Just switched to sprint today! We were with AT&T but their coverage is terrible south of 466a. Guess it won't be much better with sprint. Did get the i-phone 6 though and am loving it so far.

I have ATT and had bad reception with no more than 2 bars south of 466A. Got a micro cell and now I have 5 bars. I pay $60 month, 6gb data, unlimited text and phone. Folks who have Verizon love the service nationally.

Sprint just upgraded and added new towers. We are south of 466 and never have a problem. Love sprint. Been with sprint for a long time. Over 15 years

We have also had Sprint for years. When we were here last spring, service was irregular at our home ( historic side), but it's been wonderful since we returned after Labor Day. I figured they must have put up more towers.

I am on Sprint via Virgin Mobile and get 3 bars LTE inside my home North of 441. Seems OK in most places except inside some buildings.

Consumer Cellular ???? How is it ??? Sprint has lots of gaps in service if you are traveling.
