I hope all of my Village's friends saw the 4 pages in the Daily Sun yesterday (Thanksgiving), that Fred Karimipour from Evans Prairie Country Club, Bonifay Country Club, Belle Glade Country Club, Orange Blossom Hills Country Club & Scooples Ice Cream Parlor and Restaurant took out & put pictures of his employees and publicly thanked all of them !!
That was really sweet ! He's a great guy that obviously cares about his businesses and his employees.

i have worked for Fred.... He is a true gentle man in every sence of the word... a wonderful man to work for.

Hubby and I know Fred- yes, he is a class act-Great guy!

Yes, he does, and my granddaughter is one of them. Unfortunately her photo wasn't in the paper. She told me that the photographer took 3 pictures of her. I was so disappointed! Hopefully, the error will be rectified and she will get her well-deserved credit, too.

My favorite bartender, Tony, didn't make it either. However, I'm sure those who are missing are not intentional. What a wonderful way to celebrate those who make your business successful

As always you are spot on. Fred is a great guy, easy to talk to.

He's definitely a very nice man. I see him going around and talking to guests and I really like that.

I am always impressed when an employer respects and appreciates their staff and publicly shows it. I am equally impressed when an owner will forgo opening on a Holiday so their employees can enjoy the holiday with their families.

Yes, I thought it was wonderful too.

The picture recognition of all the employees is very nice, but the real recognition was to the employees' families by closing so everyone could enjoy the holiday together. Too bad more businesses don't follow with similar family-friendly policies!:pepper2:
