YAY!!!!!! I was going to rent a home but I decided to purchase instead!!! Just purchased my brand new home!!! Will be down sooner than expected - I will be a Villager by 4/13!!!! I am so excited and can't wait to meet new friends!!!!! Can't wait to dance at the square!!!! See you all soon!! :) :)

Congratulations on making your decision. I think its wonderful. Our house goes on the market in 2 weeks and I'm having second thoughts. So afraid of change. We are planning to rent for a year in TV. I wish you many, many years of happiness in TV. :BigApplause:

We did it too. Fell in love with TV and bought a new house last year, have only spent a few weeks there, but every time we're there, we don't want to leave.
Second thoughts???---not until yesterday when it took me 5 hours to write a letter of resignation to my partners, and then met with our real estate agent to put our home of 30 years on the market. It was especially fun to hear about all the changes we need to make to OUR home so that BUYERS will like it.
Got over those second thoughts in about 2 hours.
Back in TV for a few weeks next month, won't want to leave again, and then with some luck permanently in the fall
