Thanks Johnny, that was just great! Brought back a lot of good memories and it's amazing how close I've become with some of these peeps! Wonderful seeing it. :bigthumbsup:

tk, the "occasion" was because we wanted to. It started with someone (Sam?) showing a video of a freeze done at NYC's Union Station and we decided we wanted to do it, too. Being the wonderful brats we are, we did it.

Personally, I think I had the best view of the whole thing. I was "frozen" way in the back and could see the whole dance floor. Some of the things not shown in the videos was a gentleman who fanned Shirlee and Sailor while they kissed and SamHass's hubby coming up and sneaking a kiss from her. The band was hysterical with their comments. It was great fun and can't wait to do it again.

My only request is that we all wait to do it again when I'm here....between Christmas and New Years OR the first week of April.

Dang, I hate being on a teacher's schedule but this is my last year for that....retirement is June 2009! Yippee!

PLEASE...I want to do it again and will cry crocodile tears if I'm not here!

FYI...For those who don't know me...I'm the one in the red skirt and black top.

Yea, Bright is the one that bent over and almost mooned us all in one of the videos. I watched them all again and got the giggles. That was a fun evening.

The Freeze was a really marvelous hoot--what fun we had! That's Hyacinth Bucket (HB) in the purple tee-shirt with the angel on it, and Sidney Lanier (me) gray-haired and goofy looking in white tee-shirt and black shorts. Let's do it again (and definitely when we snowbirds are here...)!!!

1rnfl 1rnfl That is me (Time for Tee) in the funny hat and sunglasses. I thought I could hide under it! Did not know we were going to be on You Tube. It was such fun and the 4th sounded like it was great. Sorry we missed it!!! Another few months and we will be back to our Winter home.
