Waco Biker Brawl: Scores Arrested After Shootout at Twin Peaks Bar - NBC News


Nine people were killed and another 18 were injured in a shooting outside of a biker bar in Waco Texas. Another 165 to 175 have been arrested, and some could be charged with capital murder.

A poster on another thread recently said there are no white on white shootings. Well, here you go. Many of those arrested had white supremacy tattoos.

Notice how casually these prisoners, who could be charged with capital murder, are being treated by the police. None are handcuffed and all shown have access to their cell phones. These gangs also reportedly shot at police.

As with black on black, what is there to say...no political gains to be made.

We shouldn't be joking about bikers now. We should be trying to help them find wives and families to help them be better people. Clearly these gang members were raised by single-moms who relied on food stamps and always looking for hand-outs. If they would have just stayed in school their lives would be much different. It's likely they wear hoodies when it's cold.

The judge had good sense to make bail very high for all those arrested.

Waco is crawling with law enforcement, everybody from FBI, Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms, plus local police. The biker groups have threatened police and others.

It's a little unclear, what would protesters be protesting if they were there tonight protesting? These groups are obviously very dangerous gangs with members all over the country, and perhaps all over the world.

Texas Senators John Cornyn and Ted Cruz were very vocal condemning the shooting in Baltimore and Ferguson, but have yet to make a statement about the gangs of thugs shooting at police in their own back yard.

Cornyn and Cruz went so far as to say the shooting in Baltimore and Ferguson were about absent fathers. No word yet on what they think caused these gangs of outlaws in Waco to shoot at law enforcement.

In any event, I'm gonna guess Cruz and Cornyn are opposed to crime regardless of color. Why do you think that would be a difficult topic anyway when it's self evident?

It could be weeks and possibly months before the 170 arrested could get a bail reduction hearing. No bail bondsmen in Waco will write a one million dollar bond, so unless these bikers have one million in cash, they are in jail for the long haul. The number of arrested could grow as some of the injured are released from the hospital.

It always amazes me that people come on this site to defend the poor, the blacks, call others racist and unfeeling, THEN support a website, a man, a group who hates Jews because they are Jews, and supports terrorism of that group up to and including death.

Over time in seeing this, I simply laugh at any of those folks making any moral judgement. Anyone who supports terrorism, or hate of a group of people because they are Jewish or any other religion is DEAD MORALLY, and has lost all rights to judge any other.

And this has exactly what to do with the biker brawl in Waco? Is anyone disputing that the Texas senators have not spoken out? Or can anyone produce a link showing that the two Texas senators have spoken out and condemned this violence which occurred in their own back yard?

Anyone who uses a website like this and repeats their hatred will not understand context and cannot understand the differences in the cases cited.

Problem with this kind of venom is that they do not care, do not present it to the reader, and have folks like you who repeat it.

Actually not many quotes from either right or left on this episode. Perhaps most understand what happened and are not trying to make a political issue or race issue of it. The website you quote and have done so in the past will find in EVERY story, a political or racial hate theme.

When someone questions the reliability of some bat guano crazy right wing site a lot of Guests point out that we should judge the message, not the source. That philosophy should go both ways to be fair.

I agree and I, along with others addressed that not many quotes to be had on either side of the political spectrum, because there is no comparison.

However, it should be pointed out that the site referenced does exactly the same thing on any event...find something political or race related..that is what they do.

Again, most did EXACTLY what you ask....but I M not seeing any quotes from either side and certainly, not related to race except by those who are "gaiters".

Heck, at this point they have no idea of exactly how many of these thugs were shot by police, if you are trying to get police on this one, nor have I heard anyone complain about their behavior.
