Just an informal survey. Would you eat this?

Jima64 06-17-2015 07:43 PM

No thank you.

dewilson58 06-17-2015 07:56 PM

I would eat it, but I would not buy it.

Blessed2BNTV 06-17-2015 08:03 PM

Too many carbs.....nope

kcrazorbackfan 06-17-2015 08:11 PM

Whaaaaaat? And ruin this svelte 6' 200lb. figure of mine? :icon_wink:

USSGompers 06-17-2015 08:18 PM

Heck ya, I will try anything but I wouldn't buy it--stuffed crust with cheese is one thing---stuffed with hot dogs is another :icon_hungry:

tbussche 06-17-2015 08:26 PM

I would try, but not buy.

NYGUY 06-17-2015 08:41 PM

No!!

villager 06-17-2015 08:59 PM

Nope

laryb 06-17-2015 09:01 PM

Yup

redwitch 06-17-2015 10:24 PM

Maybe in another lifetime when I'm not such a picky eater but definitely not in this one. Ugh!

LndLocked 06-17-2015 10:50 PM

A dorm room winner

graciegirl 06-17-2015 10:59 PM

Sure. I thought everyone loved pigs in blankets. I would use it as a snack for parties.

Pizza dough is simply yeast dough. I have never made a meal of pigs in a blanket, but have put them on my plate at parties.

queasy27 06-18-2015 05:24 AM

I'm not opposed to either pigs in a blanket or pizza but definitely don't want them together. Especially with a mustard dip!

It's one thing if PH wants to sell hot dogs wrapped in dough as a side dish, but combining them with pizza is just nasty. After you tear off the hot dog part, the pizza is left without its outer crust.

Today is the 18th but so far there's nothing on the PH website about it. If it was April 1 I'd assume someone at PH headquarters has a wicked sense of humor.

Staff at the Washington Post and Daily Beast tried it.

As bad as dangly hot dogs look on a pizza, the commercials for the bacon-wrapped version at Little Ceasar make me gag a little.

karostay 06-18-2015 05:24 AM

Really!

rubicon 06-18-2015 05:47 AM

I prefer simplicity in foods . On 3DDD they feature places that prepare foods with a variety of toppings etc an it makes me gag.

I prefer my veal lightly breaded and sauteed and not a Parma too many coatings covers up the taste of the veal and so on

Villager Joyce 06-18-2015 06:49 AM

No, but I eat pretzel dogs from sams.

hulahips 06-18-2015 08:36 AM

No don't even eat hot dogs

TheVillageChicken 06-18-2015 03:50 PM

I would eat it. I don't know which part of the hot dog I love the most, the lips, the lungs, or the ears.

In the John Candy movie "the Great Outdoors", it wasn't lips, lungs and ears but we probably can't say the real line on TOTV. Great movie. Great comedian. RIP.

Of course you would! So would my puppy.

Actually, to be quite gross--'cause that's what it looks like--any male dog owner knows this looks like several male dogs sitting around a pizza...

CF - Woo! TMI. I thought you restricted this type of discussion to the "feminine forum?"

BobandMary 06-18-2015 08:31 PM

Yes, with a glass of wine..... and then walk an extra 2 miles! I'd enjoy it.

beachx4me 06-18-2015 11:06 PM

Not at all. It just looks wrong!!

LI SNOWBIRD 06-19-2015 08:31 AM

rexxfan 06-19-2015 08:48 AM
