I'll probably get condemned for this comment but so what. Target can close for all I care and any other store to. This trans gender crap is got to stop. I dont care if a person thinks they are a women in a mans body but use the right bath room. How many women use a mens room because they think they are a man. It's just a way for a man to get in to see women naked. There is no politically correct about it. And if a person thinks they need to use a womens room and you have something hanging between your legs then go home and use your own. Boycotting of Target is a good thing. If it's needed then make another restroom just for that purpose. Agree or not you don't have to choose.

I agree. There are too many other stores that carry the same items, that I do not have to, or wish to shop at Target. They will probably end up closing up shop, here at least.

On the other hand, I frequent Chick-fil-a a lot more now. I always respected their closing on Sundays, but every since they have been attacked for having an opinion, I support them more now.

If Target wants to "target" deviants as their consumers, lets see how long they can stay in business with ONLY deviants for customers. If they survive, fine. That's the American way. If not, then they deserve to fail because of their weakness. Either way, there is nothing there that I can't get somewhere else.....and probably cheaper too.

Most likely, he is referring to locker rooms, but there has been cases of perverts taking photos under the stalls. But, I can see how some of the women down here wouldn't care. Some have no modesty and some would look forward to ANY interest by a man, regardless of how perverted he is. In that case, the man better be careful and not get caught. Some of these women are desperate.

With all this equal rights stuff going on, we should look the other way and let these liberal females fend for themselves. Why should a man care, when women hate chivalry. After all, if they want chivalry, they can get it from their romance novels.

Target is a useless wuss. They should ignore everyone and run their business. I will never shop there, but I am sure that someone will. Otherwise, they would be out of business. I have heard that because of all of this, they are doing rather poorly right now. If they can't handle a little heat from the deviants, then they should just quit trying. Sell out and quit.

Target was owned by the Dayton family last I read. The family owned some upscale department stores and spun them off to concentrate on their Target brand. they had suffered some operational miscalculations. Minnesota governor is one of the Dayton offspring. He served as a Senator did a terrible job but was then elected Minnesota governor twice. He is very liberal and so are Minneapolis and St. Paul which contain the larger proportion of votes in Minnesota . So Target's political views are not surprising.

It also explains the heat Target is getting for some of its stores supporting MN Forward.

Target received such heat for their gender stance over 800,000 signed protests last I read that they publicly treated from the transgender issue saying that anyone person could use any bathroom they wished?????????????????????????? I believe in an attempt to get the political heat off of them. If the article I read explained it correctly Target is headed for bigger problems

To be sure the first bad incident in a bathroom because of the change in company/school policy concerning trans gender access is going to the courts.

Men and Women who went radical in the 1960's-70's and their offspring and their offspring, etc have changed the social dynamics of this nation for the worse. There is more division now than before 1960 and people are more ill tempered and vulgar.

The price did drop from $84 to $79.50. However, from May 2011 until now, Target stock has seen a gain from $49. Not a bad gain!

If "they" take over, as it appears they are, we truly are finished. Man has reached his peak and will begin the slide to "de-evolution". I really don't think the feminist movement is the downfall of women. My mother had to work in the 1950's but that was the exception. Most women have to work now just to keep up with expenses.

I, as a single woman, have worked since high school.

You should have married a rich man. Just kidding, but that is what they used to tell the girls when I was a kid.

Expenses seems to be a relative term today. What expenses? Cable TV? You can get local free. Cell phone? Drop the data provision and you save money. Credit cards? I use one and pay it off at the end of the month. See what I mean? WE all live a grand lifestyle compared to others that live in other countries. Our supposed poverty level folks live as well as middle class overseas.

Just adding to the conversation and in no way meaning to disparage you. I admire any woman that has the motivation to work, rather than take gov handouts. My wife worked part-time to help with putting our children in private schooling. And she worked overseas part-time to keep busy. She enjoyed it. It wasn't necessary but she liked it.

Any one person in a marriage can sustain a living for two today. But, we insist on living a better lifestyle such as we see on TV and commercials. We don't need two or three large TVs, but we buy them. WE don't need surround sound with our TV, or premium cable channels. We don't need a new car or fancy upgrades to our homes. And we don't need to go on frequent cruises. But, we do. Because we can. If both partners work then we can have all of those things.

Our country is at it's peak. I believe that the next generation will not have it quite so well, and the next will have it even less. We are probably the last generation to have our cake and eat it too.
