Raise the fence
The White House wants to raise the height of the security fence around the White House property by five more feet.
‘Tougher, taller and stronger’ fence proposed for White House - The Washington Post If Trump's wall at the border won't work, what makes anyone believe that raising the height of the White House fence will work any better? |

There was a time when the lower area of the White House was open to the general public . People who wanted something from the Gvt. hung out in the lobby and tried to " button-hole " the president when he came down the stairs from his living quarters to " lobby " him for their cause . I think it would be a real shoe of solidarity with her people if Hillary were to go back to that practice and also " tear down the wall " . |

Viral image claims Clintons stole $200k in furniture, china and artwork from White House | PunditFact
This as been posted before. Mud is not going to stick if you stop slinging, so keep up the work. It's a good use of time. |

"The Clintons returned about $48,000 in furniture, and they paid the government about $86,000 for other items." This was a direct cut and paste from your article, and it confirmed the statement above that they stole thousands of dollars worth of property. They were allowed to pay most of it back, but giving back someone's car that you stole and joy rode in, doesn't make it NOT a theft. |

A viral graphic said that Hillary Clinton was forced to return about $200,000 worth of furniture, artwork and china that she had stolen from the White House. The statement contains several inaccuracies. The Clintons returned about $48,000 in furniture, and they paid the government about $86,000 for other items. Any way you count it, the $200,000 figure is too high. According to top ethics lawyers, it’s at least debatable -- and at worst hyperbolic -- to say the Clintons "stole" the items. A congressional investigation found poor tracking of ownership and final disposition of gifts, which makes it hard to speak definitively of wrongdoing. In fact, two items the Clintons returned were ultimately sent back to them. Finally, it’s worth making clear that the "force" they responded to was political pressure, not legal jeopardy. Accusations of stealing are serious and require a high threshold of evidence, unmet by the charges in this over-the-top graphic. We rate the claim Mostly False. |

And as far as the media defending the CLintons, what would you expect? Taking something that does not belong to you, without permission is considered theft. Whether or not they were charged means nothing. You liberals are so out of touch with reality, I am surprised that you can get people to pay your way. It must be due to their sympathy for you. |

I wonder what information and data the intellectual wanna bes in the WH had to reach a conclusion that a 5 foot increase in height at a cost of many millions of dollars will reduce the already isolated incidents to less than isolated.
Another testimony to the flawed thinking with very frivilous conclusions and reckless spending. MArk your calendar for the day it is finished and the challenge is not only accepted but will be suceded by some adventerous person. |

I think that Obie wants the fences raised to keep his daughters inside so that they can't sneak out to any more Frat parties. He already told us that walls and fences won't keep illegals out of our country.

Read the article all the way to the end and you will find that politifact rates this story 'mostly false'. So keep slinging mud and don't let the truth get in the way. |

And this is why Mark Morse has announced that Hillary Clinton's name will not even appear on any ballot in The Villages. He said that the elderly cannot be trusted to make the correct decision, so he will make it for you. We can't take a chance that the black panthers will show up at Laurel Manor like they did back in 2008, according to our gang of six. (Of course, they were the only ones that saw them) |
You are avoiding my question . The Clintons pay a large number of people to be their Apologists and spin mavens . Why do you work for them for free ?

Chi-Town --- what a lovely racist place you hail from otherwise you would care about all of the Black Lives that get snuffed out each weekend . It`s been going on for years and no one in the leftist GVt there seems to be willing to do anything about that .
But they will turn out for Hill and Bill ! |

I understand the need to be accurate and accountable when making a declaration. However another way of looking at it all is that a voter would expect his/her political leaders would act with the highest of competency, sound judgment ,integrity and moral dealing . Can one be only be slight a crook? its like being slightly pregnant. The Clintons have had bad dealing as far back as their Arkansas days. Its sad to see that America voters don't seem to mind and keep voting them back. Perhaps its because voters have seen so much of it its become normal. an abnormality that become normal...that's scary Personal Best Regards: |

[this is the "too long" response probably not worth reading] You can be a slight crook. Everything in life is not in black or white or can be compared to pregnancy. There are shades of grade. Take lying. If someone lies just one time, does that tag them a liar for life? Is Cruz's career over? Good luck finding an honorable person who makes no mistakes and never apologies because they are always honest. "Cooper followed up asking Trump if "asking for forgiveness" is a central tenet in his faith life. "Why do I have to repent or ask for forgiveness, if I am not making mistakes?" asked Trump. If he wasn't actively engaged in the Civil Rights movement as a young man his answer would be less credible. "An American president has yet to muster up the courage to formally apologize for the 400 heinous years of rape, death and inhumanity that occurred during the enslavement of black people in this country that still impacts million of slave descendants," an audience member told Sanders before asking whether he'd apologize for it. Look at any military base or fenced in government facility. They redone the entry gated entries several times since 911. Wasting billions of dollars. I personally seen one gate done over 4 times. The government is flawed period due to mostly highly educated liberal in charge. They read books, go to classes, passed up the chain, majority have no management, supervision, or common sense. The house of cards will collapse. Lord help use when it does. |

Since the Trump wall won't be able to keep illegal aliens out of the U.S. I guess we better hope that Illegals don't try to climb over the White House fence, because it will still be smaller than the Trump wall. But, it will never happen because liberals assure us that Trump wall is impossible, just can't be done. And as everyone knows, if a liberal says it can't be done, what they really mean is that it wasn't their idea.
|
If I say it can't be done what I really mean is that the experts say it can't be done and I believe them. Therefore I must not be a liberal.

Nope, can't be done. Moving earth and pouring concrete is a massive job that can't be done. Not to change the subject back to the thread, but I think that it is a good idea to build the White House fence higher. I think they should build a cage over the White House, made of iron bars. It would not be completed before the Obummers moved, but it could be used to keep the Obummers and Clintons out. I am sure that either or both could do more damage to our country than a few disgruntled trespassers. |
