My Mama got a new boyfriend and I got a foster home! Guess my mama does not know boyfriends are a dime a dozen, but we offer unconditional love! She will miss me! Now I am staying at my Foster mom's here in the Villages! Oh my, I love it here! I so want to stay here in the Villages. I just know there is someone around this BIG place that so needs me! I so need you! Come visit me, I promise you too will wonder why my mama kept the boyfriend and not me! I am very well behaved little girl, just need a lap! Call my Foster mom Kris at 352-751-0247. I come with first vet visit free and $100 Gift Card to my new favorite pet store Paws, Plus my foster mom says I get to stay with her when you go on vacation!


Happy to report that Cocoa is having a sleep over with her possible new parents! The organization will visit Thursday to see how the family enjoyed their sleep over! Will keep everyone posted! Being a foster mom is not so easy, spend 2 days with her and oh my, it was like we knew each other for years! She is a sweetie I am just not sure why the girlfriend felt she had to go....I will never understand some people! Regardless, I will make sure their is a happy ending to this story!

The Sleep-over went well, Cooca has found a wonderful family! As hard as this is for me to let her go as a foster mom, I just know she will have a wonderful life with Jane and Roger ! Cocoa got what she wanted, she is now a full time VILLAGER! She had a fun filled day with golf carts rides, shopping at Paws Pet store, and lots of love! Went to visit her tonight and I could see how much Cocoa is bringing to their life! More important how much she will bring to their lives. I now have become the Aunt with babysitting rights! HATS off to Jane and Roger for opening their hearts and home, Cocoa is HOME!

I would dump the girlfriend long before getting rid of a beloved pooch. No matter how rich and/or attractive the girlfriend was/is. Obviously, I would need someone who loves dogs.

I'm so sorry for your loss. I hope this works out for and this baby who needs a good mom and home. Can't imagine choosing a man over my baby. Can't imagine wanting a man who would even suggest or go along with that idea. I'm going to be quiet now. My mouth is duck-taped.

Your mama will regret the day she chose her new boyfriend over an undemanding dog. :ohdear:

Keeping my fingers crossed for cocoa and her sleepover.

We are sorry for the loss of Sam. Our boy Barney is a hurtin potato but his vet says he'll make the trip to TV in the car no problem. I investigated a plane ride for Barney but unfortunately we are not royalty. He walks with a bad limp just like his owner and the Vet gave him Deramax, in two days he is a little better. I can't stand the thought of him passing. I'm going to take your lead and possibly foster a pup when we get there. Thank's for giving us the idea. :thumbup:

Great news.

Cocoa is a common name for pooches in the Villages like Bailey. I must have known or know a couple dozen dogs named Bailey in the Villages.
