However, her use of a private email server which was used to sent and receive classified material (whether marked classified or not) is illegal. This seems to be common knowledge for just about everyone, with exception of you and Hillary.

Yes, it WAS illegal. Since you have never worked with classified material, you would not know. But, please don't try to fake it. I've posted the exact laws she broke, so you can go back through all the posts and look it up. It is a violation of federal law to transmit classifed information over an unsecured, unencrypted network. Classified information has to be safeguarded/secured in the minimum manner designated for that level of classification. Destruction of classified material has to be witnessed and documented. Clinton was not authorized to use a private server for gov business, let alone for transmitting classified information. Petraeus was convicted of a fraction of what Clinton did. He only had confidential material at his home. Hillary had secret and top secret in her home, without proper storage for it.

Yesterday, she gave a speech shouting that there should be a ban on automatic assault weapons such as the AR-15. Which everyone but the ignorant liberals know is not an automatic assault weapon. It's no different than the semi-auto 22 hunting rifle my grandson has, other than the AR-15 is slightly larger 223 cal versus the 22 cal and the cartridge has more powder in the 223 giving it more power. But, the idea that the AR is bad and a semi-auto hunting rifle is OK is ludicrous. I wonder what she would say about semi-auto shotguns. Perhaps she would be OK with 50 cal muzzle loaders? Get hit in the leg with one of those and it will nearly take your leg off. So, instead of ranting about gun control she should have been demanding better scrutiny of radical Mulsims in our country. But no, she doesn't want to offend them with non-PC talk. She would rather blame killing on the gun, not the person.
