Never ever consider service smart! PLEASE read and trust!!!
 

It is a full time job keeping up with them! I'm not exaggerating when I tell you I call daily sometimes up to 3x in a single day! They NEVER show up when scheduled. Killed our front grass, ripped holes in our siding. Along with black marks on our white fences. Shotty repair after waiting 2 weeks for repair to be done. Sprayed 1 time in 3 months for bugs. I could keep going! But I beg you to heed my warning. Don't hire them under any circumstances unless you want a full time job keeping up with their inadequaciy.

No matter how much others complain about their lawn service by other companies, I don't think anyone wants to step into your shoes. Good luck

I keep wondering why they are still in business here?

1. They talk a good game.

2. They hit on newcomers.

3. About every three years or so, they change their name.

IMO, they have the ethics of an alley cat.

I feel terrible for anyone who currently has Service Stupid as their provider. They are THE WORST company on the planet!!

I can only speak about our experience with them, and it is exactly the same as Doodles's. We did manage to get one of the so-called owner's names and when we call him things get done a little faster. But the point is, you should not have to call. Very disappointed. This is the third service we have tried after Massey and Deans. Both of them started out ok, but then fell into the same routine as Service Smart is now in. We are looking again.

We've had Massey for 5+ years. No issues, reliable, responsive to our phone calls, courteous, etc, etc.
