The next supreme court justices are going to make a big difference in how long our country remains free and still maintaining some semblance of a Constitutional standard. If the court is not balanced, then our country will move further toward socialism and anarchy.

If you committed a crime, you are a criminal whether or not you are convicted, period. Same with a felon and felony. Most folks probably learned this in middle school, but certainly should understand this after completing a secondary education.
