that the Democrats put out a report, but the official committee report was written by the Republican majority, and neither of the reports found Secretary Clinton responsible for doing anything that lead to the deaths of the four Americans.

The Committee was chaired by Republican, Trey Gowdy and consisted of 6 additional Republicans and 5 Democrats, Elijah Cummings was the Ranking Member and largely dominated the Select Committee on Benghazi.

Two reports were issued one by the Democrats and one by the Republicans and the Democrats report preempted the Republicans.
