There is a petition taken every four years. It is called the presidential election. Some posters on this forum must be old enough to remember actually winning one without the help of the Supreme Court.

Clinton has the protection of Obama and Lynch.

Let's just wait for the Trump University mess. That man is one dishonest con man and it is quite easy to find enough evidence to move forward with an indictment against Donald Trump. Intent is there. Clinton was sloppy and probably is not very good with computers. A lot of politicians probably are not all that savvy with technology nor with cars and the like. Everything is done for them by someone else.

That is a hilarious joke! Apparently you weren't listening to him testify in congress. He even said that if anyone working for him had done the same thing, they would be in jail or fired or both. He said that anyone doing what she did would never be able to have a clearance with the government again. So, how would Hillary do the president's job if she didn't have access to classified? No, it was fixed and the majority of America knows it. The majority say she should be indicted.

Allowing CLinton to use ignorance as a defense is the stupidest thing you could do. She was briefed and trained in the handling of classified information. She did this deliberately to keep anyone from ever seeing her personal business. She is a criminal felon and should be in jail for the rest of her life.

Trump is not the issue/subject of this thread. If you wish to disparage Trump then start another thread. Trump's issue is a civil issue, not criminal. Hillary did a crime that others went to jail for doing less.

Afford them the ability to treat Clinton as above the law while they themselves all lie to the American people to protect Obama and hence allow Clinton to literally and actually get away with espionage, conspiracy, betrayal of country, felony and murder of Americans.

I know "thinking" for themselves, real human, democrats with core values and ethics that animately do not support Clinton or Obama and Lynch and Comey lying to supress and distort her crimes. They will not vote for her.

Hillary Clinton sent classified information on an open uncleared, unsecured Internet system that had less security than Gmail. She did it knowingly with the intent to deceive. She also allowed access to her system containing classified to her systems admin and maintenance personnel that also did not have the clearance required. She also gave a thumbdrive containing classified information to her lawyer, also not cleared for classified. Those were the minor violations, compared to all she has done illegally. Of course, even though minor in comparison, they were also felonies.

This is why the majority of America is so upset that she was not indicted.

In all due respect using whatever new media outlet you choose print, TV internet follow Hillary's own words that she did set up a server etc etc etc. Now cross that information with the fact that she purports to be a very intelligent and well informed and experience government official lawyer ex president's wife and ask yourself why would she use a personal e-mail server if said server was found to be vulnerable to security breaches by foreign government? Why set up a charitable organization outside the USA? Why would Bill Clinton and Loretta Lynch arrange a meeting at an airport especially since again both very experienced and educated government people and attorneys would know such a meeting violated trusted because even the appearance of a conflict of interest spelled trouble for both of them? They didn't think they would get caught but they did and they lied.

Obama squawked Hillary walked, Comey played his part well, Lynch played off both of them...and you still believe this was all Republican contrived? Wow

Elections have consequences, and obviously President Obama will use the FBI, CIA, and all other initials at his disposal to make sure all charges against Hillary Clinton are dropped and all charges against Donald Trump are examined to the full extent of the law.

Also it is obvious that republicans are never embarrassed by losing case after case against the Clintons. The score is now 0-9. That is zero wins, and every time the Clintons come out on top.

It will be a long four years after a long eight years for some posters.

When Republicans think that everything is a conspiracy against them, why would anyone person with an open mind care what they think? You can't reason with unreasonable people. What would Comey gain by being part of a conspiracy? He is a Republican appointed by "W". Maybe he sees Trump as the greatest danger facing this country, so he joined in the conspiracy. So, he fell on his sword for the good of the country. The next time, Republicans accept a ruling that goes against them will be the first time.
