WOW!!!

The dems did not waste any time getting the Pence talking points delivered to the faithful.

It is so easy to deflect their partisan BS because they have no more knowledge than they have been provided.

No different than talking to the doll that only speaks when pulling the string in the neck. Not conversation capable at all.

What a shame.

Guest 07-16-2016 10:23 AM

Pence is a good choice. He is a conservative. He already has the endorsement of many of the establishment conservatives and will help convince those that were thinking of not voting this election.

Liberals can disparage him all they want, but anything they say will be a joke after Hillary and the Clinton crooked clan. There is no doubt that the Clintons are the most criminal and crooked bunch in today's politics, so when a liberal attempts to throw stones at ANYONE else, it is just impotent and ludicrous.

I'm honestly not sure what the issue is. At the time Pence used campaign funds for personal bills, it was legal. To bring up something that occurred 23 years ago and was perfectly legal at the time in an effort to besmirch another's character SHOULD be beneath anyone to mention. Shame it couldn't have stayed that way.

It's a good thing for Pence that he didn't run against Trump. He would be known as Little Mikey.

Look at it this way: would you have done it?

It may have been legal, but a lot of people were ****ed, because it wasn't right.

I wonder how many Americans got killed because of Hillary exposing classified secrets to the public and our enemy. I wonder how many millions of dollars the clintons get via their so-called charity that actually donates about 6-8% to actual charities. Of course, their air transportation, meals and other expenses are paid for also by those funds. And what did they have to promise to those Muslim countries for all those millions? Countries that hate women and gays.

So, if none of that bothers you, then you can't possibly be bothered by Pence's little indiscretion.

"According to FEC documents, Pence spent a total of $12,867 from his 1990 campaign account for personal expenses, including seven installments of his $992 monthly mortgage and his wife’s $222 a month car payment."

It was poor judgment but certainly not of the "crook" caliber. He lost the election because of it, he spent a year apologizing, he vowed to never do it again. Other than have him be perfect, what you have liked the man to do?

Believe it or not, most liberals I know are pretty intelligent and frequently see both sides of the coin. They just feel that humans take precedence over government and business. Individual rights are far more important than security. We love this country but we can see its faults and want it to improve, to be the great nation our Constitution decrees for all Americans, not just a select few.

Btw, I'm not a Hillary fan but I'll vote for her. Trump is too much of an egotistical blowhard for my taste. He scares me.

Trump scares you? Hillary wants to bring in 65000 Syrian refugees into the US. If you trust her Government to vett each and every refugee properly you are very naive. She did not know how to secure her email servers and handle classified documents, so how can you trust her to secure our Nation? Even if 1 out of 100 we accept could be a radical Islamic sympathizer, imagine the death and destruction those 650 could accomplish. I hope 65000 Hillary supporters will each invite one of these refugees to live with them on their arrival. The odds are with you that only 1 out of 100 may kill you and your family.

Just when I thought you might be coming around to logical thinking, you go and blow it by writing too much. Not a Hillary fan but will vote for her because you don't like the way Trump sounds? Are you serious? You would totally discard or ignore Hillary's multiple felonies, lies, and national security violations, not to mention her tax fraud, and vote for her because you don't like the way Trump speaks? Without parties, how long do you suppose the election process would take? The vote would be divided up into factions that would hinder a resolution with no majority, so there would have to be another vote and then another, until the voter got tired and quit turning out.

So...it's better to have known thieves and liars than take the time needed to "do it right"? Two votes tops. Top two have a runoff.

I agree with you about Donald Trump. The man also seems to use the law as a sledgehammer to get his own way with his army of lawyers wielding it. The man is very macho except when called out on his bullying. Then he hides behind his army of lawyers.

Hillary Clinton is slippery but fairly honest as politicians go. She has had to fend off the Republican media machine for the past 25 years or more.

Hillary Clinton's Health Care Task Force Carol H. Rasco sent me a letter around 1993 that helped me a great deal with my 224 613 Project in the 1990s.

I do not remember getting anything anytime from Donald Trump with respect to this massive 224 613 Project.

That's hilarious! Hillary "fairly honest?" Apparently, you are in the minority that believes that. The overwhelming majority of American voters believe her to be dishonest.

And Tal, do you ever get over being a lawyer? That's all you ever talk about. With an ego as large as yours, I find it hard to believe that anyone is worthy of your vote.....:1rotfl:

Good grief man, get a life. A lawyer believes another lawyer is "fairly honest" ha, ha, ha....so funny!

Some lawyers are very good at making money as are some businessmen.

I was set to go to Indiana University at Bloomington's Law School for the Class of 1989 but started talking to my Ziff_Davis boss Chaz Higgins who went to the U of MN Law School as well as my extended family through a cousin who had several score relatives in the Twin Cities.

So, I wonder what year Mike Pence went to Law School in Indiana???

Mike Pence - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Looks like he was Class of 1986 at Indiana Bloomington Law School.

I wanted to work myself through law school by working in libraries so being in the Twin Cities was better than Bloomington.
