When some politician sounds like he/she has a hotline to God you should be terrified.

We all have communication with God. Some just have to open their hearts and minds.

The difference is that if elected Donald Trump will have the nuclear codes. No body in Shakespeare's time welded such power and if he/she did-- like Queen Elizabeth-- William Shakespeare was very careful not to get on their bad side.

If a pastor priest claims to know God's will then that is one thing; but if a politician says the same thing especially if he often appears mentally imbalanced anyway, you probably should vote for someone else.

It is obvious that you are not a former military member, or perhaps you were a grunt with no access to information or self initiated thought. Because if you knew anything, you would know that Trump would not be able to start a nuclear war by himself. The process is not as simple as you seem to think.

But, if you are worried about him, then you should be horrified if Killary was in the drivers seat.

How is it foolish to question the wisdom of voting for someone who thinks he has a very special relationship with God? We all are God whisperers.

There is nothing special about Donald Trump except his colossal ego and willingness to lie with no conscience.

At least, Hillary Clinton has tried to work to help many others. Donald Trump seems to be mainly in this for Donald Trump.

Obama actually is very careful about almost everything he does; sometimes too much so.

And I doubt if he believes that he has any more of a special relationship with God than anyone else in DC.

The OP's post was about Hillary's relationship with Obama (the Messiah) NOT Obama's relationship with GOD. Everyone know Obama has no relationship with GOD.

Presumably, by the time the POTUS got into that position, they gained the scruples not to launch a needless nuclear annihilation of another nation. That said, there's a chain of command that involves the Secretary of Defense who could refuse to relay the order (his codes —or those of the Asst. Sec. Defense in his absence— are required to launch) and then quickly call the Cabinet and Congress to report that the POTUS had gone crazy. The Cabinet can declare the President unfit in a letter to Congress.

Furthermore, there's a "must notify" part of the nuclear protocol that requires the DoD and whomever else inside the White House to notify senior leaders of the US government in the event of a nuclear launch. These leaders would include (and presumably not be limited to), Speaker of the House, President Pro Temp of the Senate, Majority/Minority Leaders of both houses of Congress, the Chairperson of the various oversight committees that are tied to war (Appropriations, Defense, Intelligence, Energy). The chain of command, that requires the Secretary of Defense and others to relay such an order is robust enough to handle such a statistically-impossible scenario of a "rogue president" ordering a launch.
