I think you should cook once in a while for your Talk of The Villages friends, so we can actually sample this wonderful sounding food! It was good of you to be such a considerate neighbor...

Now Kathie how did you know of my love for Opera? Unfortunately, I am one of those that knows the words but can't sing a note. Ahhhhh Italian bagels.........used to make them for my kids......how about Bagels Pizziola, or Caccitori. Sailor (if he could cook), could contribute Bagels Spanakopita, and Billy2Fish, Bailey's Bagels! What fun !!!

The visual of the three of us is just too funny....but hey....I'm in. We can also add a bakery to the restaurant....I do all the baking....LOL. :a20::a20::a20:

Great job and I know your neighbors are greatly appreciative of your and the others neighbors help in the difficult times. Hope they are doing well and please keep up posted on their progress.

The meal sounds great and when does the restaurant open? As one who knows the what the business end of the soup spoon is for I will be the official taste tester.

Then again if it were me and I was getting cooking like that I think my recovery would be a very lengthy.
